“Serving the Servants”
To the Minister……
Every day you face challenges that tax your energy, patience and even your spirit. Balancing and prioritizing your relationship with God, your family, friends and leading a ministry is an incredibly tough assignment. Some days it may even seem impossible. I bet there are times when you feel overwhelmed, alone, unsupported and frustrated. Do you have the fire to push through those thoughts of giving up? If this sounds familiar, then read on and then let’s talk.
God doesn’t want you there; He wants you to be effective and successful! (1 Chronicles 22:11)
Winston Churchill said, “Never, never, never, ever give up!
You don’t have to go it alone . . . We’re here to help!
God ordained Renewell Ministries with a very specific call to Serve the Servants. What this means for you is that He has placed experiences in my life that have allowed me to understand a bit about your calling . . . its demands and ultimately the responsibilities you shoulder. Through these experiences, vocational work, training and the gifts of God, I have been blessed and equipped to love, support and encourage Christian ministry leaders.
Just as Christianity isn’t about religion, its about a relationship with Jesus Christ. Renewell isn’t a program or process, it’s a relationship. We are about unconditional love and encouragement.
The key components are friendship, support….and safety! We must be a safe place (person) for you. Today, there are a lot of ministers who have lost trust in people, frankly because they’ve been burned, hurt, misused, or simply just treated really badly!
Christ has given me (and my wife) a deep abiding care to support Christian leaders. I will not bring any judgment, pretense or predetermined outcomes. I ’ll use all that God has gifted me with to walk your journey with you…..and I promise to “have your back.”
By the way – what we do in relational ministry is provided at no charge to ministry leaders! If this sounds like something for you, call me and let’s discuss over coffee. I’m here, Serving the Servants
PS. If you are a woman in ministry, my wife Lisa is an amazing partner to join with you as you navigate the life of your ministry.
PSS. The second hardest job in ministry is the “wife” of a minister. My wife, Lisa is my partner in this arena and brings a wholeness of love and care to minster’s wives.
Matt 19:26 But Jesus looked at them and said, with man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.
