Mission Statement: Renewell Ministries exists to serve, support and develop pastors, church staff, missionaries and by extension, the body of Christ.

Ministry Guiding Scripture – Rom 12:2   Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

Coaching Scripture – Dan 2:30  But as for me, this mystery has been revealed to me, not because of any wisdom that I have more than all the living, but in order that the interpretation may be made known to the king and that you may know the thoughts of your mind.

Organization Summary

Renewell is committed to providing customized services to meet the needs of Christian organizational leaders.   The focus of the ministry is to facilitate the “health and wellness” of the church through those that are called to serve.

Renewell believes that God has a given those with “the calling to serve Him” Biblical guidance for the purposes to which they are called that include: appropriate priorities, gladness of heart, strength in all circumstances, wisdom and knowledge, spiritual and physical health and safety.   Healthy pastors, church leaders and missionaries are more effective and resilient shepherds.  Resiliency directly affects the health and effectiveness of the body.  We provide programs and services that combine individual and organizational total health – spirit, body and mind designed to facilitate positive life changes in the ministry.

Objectives

• Renewell facilitates our clients in “FORWARD MOVEMENT” toward becoming more effective leaders and organizations.
• Provide LOCALLY FACILITATED SERVICES that address the wellness of the pastor and church staff.
• SUPPORT other ministries with similar focus; i.e. pastoral retreat centers, ministry conferences, presentations to community organizations and support of community resources.
• RESOURCE AND FACILITATE expansion of services to better serve in the areas of ministry organizational effectiveness, leadership training and other areas that are within our core competencies or scope.
• Become a PORTAL for pastors, church leaders, missionaries and church layety for credible resources in the areas of wellness, worklife balance, church health, pastoral retreats and sabbaticals.
• GROW the ministry to impact church leaders across the world.

Keys to Success

• Develop and implement a value added program of basic, reproducible, effective services.
• Implement successful networking/marketing strategy/plan to pastors, church leaders, church members and missionaries.
• Create, market and recruit committed supporters both individuals and organizations that afford provision for staff and sufficient operational expenses to carry on the ministry.
• Enter into this venture with flexibility and open mindedness in order to gain credibility and inroads with a variety of clients.
• Commitment to continuously improve the quality of variety of service.
• Demonstrate financial accountability.
